1. What DCAloop does

DCAloop is software that helps you schedule recurring spot purchases and optional spot sells on your own Binance account.

DCAloop does not receive deposits, hold customer funds, operate an exchange, or provide custody. Your assets remain in your Binance account.

2. No financial advice

DCAloop does not recommend that you buy, sell, or hold any crypto asset. Any plan, amount, schedule, market, or take-profit target is your decision.

Crypto prices can move sharply. You are responsible for understanding the risks before using automated orders.

3. Binance connection

To use the service you may connect a Binance API key. The key should be restricted to read access and spot trading only.

You must not enable withdrawal permission for the API key. DCAloop is designed not to need withdrawal access.

You are responsible for keeping your Binance account secure and for revoking the API key if you no longer want DCAloop to interact with your Binance account.

4. Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use Binance and crypto-related services in your country.

You must not use DCAloop for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, market abuse, or activity that violates Binance rules.

5. Orders, execution, and availability

DCAloop sends instructions based on the plans you configure. Market availability, order execution, fees, rejected orders, outages, and API behavior can depend on Binance or other third-party systems.

DCAloop may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, hosting failures, third-party outages, or network problems.

You should monitor your Binance account and your DCAloop execution history, especially after changing an API key, plan, balance, or market setting.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

Prices are shown on the pricing page and during checkout. A free trial may apply only as described in the product.

You can cancel a subscription through the billing flow when available. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded.

7. Changes and suspension

We may change the service, these terms, pricing, or supported markets. If a change is material, we will try to give reasonable notice.

We may suspend or close access if the account creates security risk, violates these terms, or is used in a way that harms the service or other users.

8. Liability

DCAloop is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DCAloop is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, Binance issues, market movement, or indirect damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limit.

9. Governing law and contact

Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these terms are governed by Greek law.
